Current Opportunity

Position: Full-Time Project Leader/Landscape and Construction Manager
Location: Spring, The Woodlands, Greater Houston Area

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Project Leader/Landscape and Construction Manager to oversee landscape and construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in both landscaping and construction, with the ability to manage multiple crews across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise landscape and construction projects
  • Oversee multiple crews and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
  • Work with a variety of materials, including plumbing, electrical, masonry, and more
  • Provide expert knowledge in plant care and maintenance
  • Coordinate all phases of outdoor living environment construction

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Verifiable Social Security number
  • Extensive experience in landscape design and construction
  • Knowledge of plants, irrigation, and outdoor environment construction
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and more
  • Availability to work 50-60 hours per week
  • References required

Compensation: Pay is dependent on experience.
